Wayne Brewer
B. Wayne Brewer has 40+ years of experience as a professional building inspector and has been the owner/operator of Brewer Inspection Services for 30 years. Wayne has been a member of ASHI (American Society of Home Inspectors) since 1988. His prior experience was in commercial construction, management and estimating for a small hospital in South St. Louis and a design/build/management office complex in Clayton, Missouri. Other past experiences include architectural and mechanical design work, project management, estimating, and responsible for projects exceeding $10 million.
Wayne is well versed in all aspects of buildings, including residential, light industrial/commercial, multi-family properties, etc. His experience encompasses the entire metropolitan area, west of the Mississippi River, including but not limited to St. Louis City/County, Jefferson County, St. Charles City/County, Franklin County, Washington County and other adjacent areas. Homes that he has inspected in his career range from new to approximately 145 years old; and prices range from less than $100,000 up to over $3,000,000 and commercial buildings as large as 500,000 square feet. He has vast experience working with several generations of families, relocation companies and experts, professionals to 1st time home buyers.
