Lawn Irrigation System Inspection

Ensure your irrigation system is functioning properly free from costly water leaks.  Leaks and failures can lead to high water bills that will potentially damage your lawn, home, and property.  Prior to purchasing a home with an irrigation system, have it inspected.  Even though the vast majority of the system is concealed underground, a good irrigation inspector will perform a thorough evaluation of the operation of the irrigation system.  This includes a visible inspection of the controllers, connections, sprinkler head locations, pressure differentials, drains, and sensors.  Have the confidence that your lawn will be green all summer long with an irrigation system that is operating properly.

All irrigation system inspections include a backflow test (not typically included in most sprinkler tests).
