MULTI-FAMILY BUILDING INSPECTION

For a multi-family building...

The inspection process is a visual, non-invasive examination of the property's condition at the time of the inspection.  Our goal is being to provide you with a comprehensive report of everything we can see and equip you with the information and knowledge so you can make an educated decision regarding an investment property purchase.

We perform an objective visual examination of the physical structure and major systems from roof to foundation per ASHI "Standards of Practice" (based on accessibility to all areas and units of the property). A standard building inspection report typically summarizes findings from a visual inspection of the property's condition, often including heating and central air systems, interior plumbing and electrical systems; roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; foundation, basement, and visible structures.
